Career Services
The School of Management has risen in the national rankings, and is among the elite business schools in America. In 2011, Bloomberg Businessweek ranked SOM as the 13th best public undergraduate business school and 37th overall. That is a testament to the quality of the school's students and faculty. The Career Services Office prepares students for the very competitive job market, maintains connections with recruiters, and builds relationships with new employers.

- Participation in the CQS 111 Mentoring and Dean's Mentoring programs

- New York City Employer Visits annually in January
Resumes and Cover Letters:
- Seminars covering individual "personal brand" development
- Resume and cover letter writing workshops
- Individual resume and cover letter critiques by Career Services staff
Interviewing:
- Interviewing seminars
- Student-to-student mock interview program
- InterviewStream software to practice interviews online
- Practice interviews with the SOM Career Services staff (behavioral and technical)
