How to submit a Health Insurance Waiver

Go to the BU Brain at http://bubrain.binghamton.edu
Click on the "Login To the BU Brain link"

To login use: "User Name" (is the first part of the BU email address) and

"Password" (is the PODS password) OR B# and pin.

This is the "Home" window for the BU Brain.
Click on the "Student Tools" tab in order to find the Student Accounts Menu.

Next, click on the "Student Account Menu" link

This is the Student Accounts Menu. To sumit an insurance waiver,
click on the "Health Insurance Waiver" link

Please read the information on the next page thoroughly and click on
the "Next Page" button at the bottom of the page to continue.

Complete the required information regarding your insurance carrier and
click on the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.

Once you sumit you will receive confirmation and click "Exit the Survey"
to return to the BU Brain.
