Binghamton University Department of Psychology

What you need to know to have wheels on campus.

There’s so much to see and do in Binghamton that you may want to have your own vehicle to get around (although there’s a great student-run “blue bus” service and public bus system). All students except resident freshmen may have cars on campus, and all vehicles on campus must be registered with the Parking Services office and display a valid parking permit.

The University provides surface parking lots and a parking garage on campus. Some lots are for use only by commuter students and University employees. Visitors to campus must use the Visitor’s Paid Lot or the parking garage. Information about visitor parking, including locations and costs, is available at the Information Booth at the main entrance to campus or from the Parking Services office.

Parking Services is located in the Couper Administration Building, Room G-8. You can reach us by telephone at 607-777-2279 or by e-mail at parking@binghamton.edu.
