Binghamton University recognizes that transfer students are unique and have diverse needs. The Transfer Student Initiatives and Services office (TSIS) was created to assist and support transfer students making the transition to Binghamton after attending college elsewhere. The TSIS is a place where transfer students can go for mentoring, advice and advocacy. All transfer students are encouraged to use this office as their first point of contact while attending Binghamton. We look forward to helping you achieve your goals and make the most of your experience at BU.
