Binghamton University Students, Faculty & Staff must present Binghamton University ID card and membership card when renting movies.

MAXIMUM RENTAL TIME: 3 DAYS

NEW RELEASES MAXIMUM RENTAL TIME: 1 DAY

A late fee of up to $3.50 per day will be charged.
All items must be returned by 6pm on the day they are due.

FOR EACH ITEM THAT IS NOT RETURNED WHEN DUE. ( see below )

Members assume all liability for any damage to rented items.

There is a limit of 4 rentals per day after membership is approved.

Non-payment of late, lost DVD, or damage fees will result in suspension of membership until such fees are paid. Failure to pay these fees within two weeks will result in being placed on the University Delinquency List and cancellation of membership.

Lost membership cards should be reported and will be replaced for a $1.00 fee.
