Upward Bound - Tutorial Center

The Upward Bound Tutorial Center is usually staffed by three tutors to assist students with their homework. There are also other resources available at the center including dictionaries, encyclopedias and computers with internet access. In addition, Upward Bound counselors Nita Baldwin, Dwayne Kennedy and Sal Vizcarrondo can often be found at the center.

Location

The Upward Bound Tutorial Center is located on the second floor of Trinity Memorial Episcopal Church. Directly across the street from Binghamton High School. The green arrow in the map to the right marks the spot.
