Sexual Assault Prevention Program
The Sexual Assault Prevention Program began in April 2005 as a university and community response to the growing trend of sexual assault and other interpersonal violence in our culture. The program is an information, education, advocacy, intervention and resource hub relating to all aspects of sexual violence at Binghamton University. A project of the University Counseling Center in collaboration with university departments and community partnerships, the Sexual Assault Prevention Program is a project initiated from a grant from the Department of Justice Violence Against Women Office.
Our mission is to end all forms of sexual violence in our community, including stalking and dating violence.
