The purpose of this form is to gather information on the number and nature of sexual violence at Binghamton University. The information will be collected by SAPP and will be shared with appropriate administrative personnel in summary form. This is an anonymous form and will not disclose any personal or identifying information of victims.
File a Formal Report:
If you were a victim of a crime and want to make a formal report, you may choose to report the incident to the University Police at (607) 777-2393, or you may file a formal report online to be investigated by the Binghamton University Police Department. This report will require that you supply your contact information.
