Graduate Advising
For graduate students, a faculty adviser is once again assigned within the department. When a student works on a thesis project, he or she will also work with a specific researcher within the school who is focused on the area of research the student is exploring. In addition, the Coordinator of Graduate Programs provides special insight into some of the unique experiences of being a graduate student. The Watson School Coordinator of Graduate Programs provides:
- assistance with admission and funding
- general advising for prospective and current students
- distribution of all graduate forms
- processing and certification of final degree completion
- information about campus resources
Graduate students can connect with the program coordinator by stopping at the office in the Engineering Building, H11, or by e-mail at wtsngrad@binghamton.edu or phone at 607-777-2873.
